FREE STUDENT DAY INVITATION: CA’s 21st Annual California Unified Program Association Training Conference
Unified Program is the consolidation of six state environmental programs into one program under the authority of a Certified Unified Program Agency.
Our organization represents local agencies certified by the California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal-EPA) as Certified Unified Program Agencies (CUPAs). Our member agencies regulate facilities with hazardous materials, hazardous waste, above-ground storage tanks and underground storage tanks throughout the State. Every year, the California CUPA Forum, with our partner State agencies, host the annual CUPA Training Conference.
The CUPA Conference Student Committee would like to extend an invitation to all students interested in a career path in the field of hazardous materials to attend the conference’s Free Student Day, Wednesday, February 27, 2019, beginning with complementary breakfast at 7am and concluding with a drawing for scholarship money during the student debriefing from 5:15 – 5:45pm. The application enclosed (Form CCSD-2) and can be distributed to interested students. This opportunity is open to full-time undergraduate and graduate candidates.
