Healthy Campus Network Forum- Principles of Behavioral Design Seminar

December 1 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Free

The secret to moving the needle on healthy behaviors is to leverage the innate tendency of people to create habits. This seminar is based on the work of Stanford researcher BJ Fogg and will introduce a powerful way of understanding behaviors and as well as the key levers to use for successful behavior design.

Attendees will come away with three crucial skills: (1) Being able to identify behaviors that have the best chance of succeeding. (2) Understanding the power of well-chosen triggers. (3) Learning how to create long-term success from the tiniest of habits.
