Any student, staff, or faculty member of the University community can submit a project proposal to the TGIF Grants Making Committee. Generally, the committee awards $170,000 annually to projects. 2014-2015 Funding Cycle
We are now soliciting proposals for funding cycle 2015-16. To apply, please use the online application form. You may download the 2015-16 Funding Application, the Sample Timeline and the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Spreadsheet for use in preparing your application, but all final applications must be submitted through the online tool by 5 p.m. on Friday, February 5th, 2016. If you need more information or have any questions or special circumstances which limit you from submitting using the online tool, please send email to the Sustainability Staff. Funding is awarded in the spring of 2016, for projects to be carried out over the 2015-16 school year. Graduating students may apply for a grant, as long as they notify their sponsoring department and have a transition plan in place for a student, faculty or staff member to carry out the project. For students who plan to graduate, please address who will be tasked with the project implementation in your Funding application. Thank you!
